# Yoga & Music Explorers Free Demo Classes

Get moving or grooving at a **FREE** Yoga Explorers or Music Explorers class for **ages 3-5**!

 

We can't wait to show you our newest Enrichment Classes, launching this Winter/Spring semester.

 

**Yoga Explorers:** Taught by certified yoga teachers, Yoga Explorers introduces children to mindful movement practices that build body awareness, emotional regulation, and inner calm.

 

**Music Explorers:** An exciting journey of sound, rhythm, and creative expression, Music Explorers uses playful musical activities to develop foundational music skills while building confidence, social connections, and cognitive abilities
